Racebook Betting Rules

We strongly urge you to first become acquainted with our these basic rules and regulations for the use of our online racebook:

• A time stamp will be placed on all horse wagers and wagers must be placed 2 minutes prior to the start of the race.
• Bets will not be accepted after post time. Bets entered after the confirmed starting time of a race will be cancelled without exception.
• We will not be liable for bets that were unsuccessfully entered before post time. We recommend that our clients check their pending wagers before login out of their accounts to ensure the bets were placed correctly.
• All bets are final once they have been confirmed and submitted.
• If a horse is scratched, all Win/Place/Show wagers will be refunded; portions of exotic bet combos containing a scratched horse will be refunded as well. Consolation prizes will be offered on scratches for Daily Double, Pick 3 & 4, in the cases where the track so defines it.
